These capsules, made from 100% naturally derived ingredients, help reduce the symptoms and pain associated with the menstrual cycle. 45 capsules to free you from some of that discomfort! Simply take 3 capsules a day for 15 days: 10 days before your period and then 5 days during your period. We recommend taking one capsule in the morning, one at midday and one in the evening.

For optimal results, a 3-month course is recommended. And for long-term stabilisation, a 6-month course will be best.
