Bonjour Je voudrais savoir la fréquence et la durée d’utilisation. Merci: Bonjour, La fréquence pour l'utilisation des boules de Kegel est de 3 à 4 fois par semaine pour des séances de 15 à 20 minutes. Et lorsque vous remontez la boule sans trop d'effort c'est que vous avez fini la rééducation 😊
