Delta Kegel balls by Love and Care make strengthening your pelvic floor simple!

What is it for?

With a stronger pelvic floor, you’ll experience more sensation during sex, with increased natural lubrication and improved vaginal sensitivity. Delta Kegel balls can also be used before or after childbirth to help prevent pelvic organ prolapse or incontinence.

How does it work?

The larger and lighter the ball, the less your pelvic floor contracts to ‘hold’ it, and the less work it does. Conversely, smaller, heavier Kegel balls require more effort from your pelvic floor muscles. The second ball engages more muscles across the pelvic floor.

The Delta set contains 3 pairs of Kegel balls. Perfect for pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Instructions for use

1. Start by inserting the single ball into your vagina.

2. Wear the single ball for 30 minutes while standing. Carry on with your daily activities, but avoid exercise.

3. Repeat 3 or 4 times a week.

4. The following week, do the same with the medium double ball.

5. In the third week, switch to the small double ball.
