Each ball contains a weight inside that naturally stimulates the muscles of the pelvic region. The 3 balls have increasing weights to achieve the best results!

With this set of 3 Kegel balls, you will also find a user guide including various exercises designed with the help of midwives.

It includes 3 balls with 3 different weights:

Light Blue: 35 g
Medium Blue: 65 g
Dark Blue: 135 g

For real results, you will need to do the exercises daily. You can generally move up to the next weight after 10 days of daily exercise. As soon as you feel comfortable with the weight you are using, hop to the next one!

When, where and how?

Kegel balls can be used for:

the postpartum period
intensive or frequent exercise
the menopause
reduced sensation during sex
hormonal contraception

You can also use them before pregnancy! This can help tone the pelvic floor and prevent potential discomfort after childbirth.

There are some circumstances in which Kegel balls should not be used:

During menstruation or a vaginal infection
During pregnancy
If you have a vaginal injury

For greater comfort during an exercise, you can empty your bladder first. It’s also important to clean your Kegel balls thoroughly after each use. You can do this with soapy water and a mild, pH-neutral soap, or with a specialist antibacterial and antifungal sex toy cleaner.
