Pour cela, il faut d'abord mettre en place le rééducateur comme un tampon. Vous pouvez ensuite enchaîner une série de contractions/relâchements pendant une trentaine de minutes. Bien sûr, il faut aller à votre rythme, et vous pouvez en faire moins ou plus. Il faut maintenir la tension pendant au moins 4 secondes et relâcher pendant 8 secondes. Puis, terminez votre séance avec 5-6 contractions puissantes et relâchez tout. Pour une insertion plus facile, vous pouvez utiliser un lubrifiant à base d'eau. Et il est important de nettoyer le rééducateur après chaque utilisation 😊
