This massage practice originated in Japan and has been gaining popularity in the West for several years. Also known as body-to-body massage, it involves coating your body and your partner's in an extremely slippery substance, then letting your bodies glide against each other for a unique sensation.

Nuru gel has a unique formula containing bladderwrack. This brown seaweed is particularly recommended for inflammation and dry skin, and is also an excellent muscle relaxant. What's more, this massage gel contains no silicone. Its slippery texture comes mainly from aloe vera. You can invite any intimate toy to the party, even one made of silicone.

How do you give a Nuru massage?

In a bowl, mix your Nuru massage gel with approximately 50% water, preferably lukewarm.
Adjust the proportions to achieve your desired consistency.
Prepare your space with a waterproof mattress protector, plastic-coated side up.
Each person coats the other’s body with the massage gel.
Now for some sensual sliding! The idea is to be as imaginative as possible, using every part of your body... except your hands!
You can also apply the gel in the shower or in the bath. Wet your skin first, then apply the gel directly to your bodies.
Rinsing off is easy. Because Eros Nuru gel is water-based, it washes away very easily in the shower without leaving any greasy residue on your skin.
