How do you give a Nuru massage?

In a bowl, mix your Nuru massage gel with about 50% water, preferably lukewarm.
Adjust the proportions to achieve your preferred consistency.
Prepare your play area with a waterproof mattress protector, plastic-coated side up.
Each person coats the other’s body with the massage gel.
Now for some sensual sliding! The idea is to get as imaginative as possible, using every part of your body... except your hands!
Alternatively, apply the gel in the shower or in the bath. Wet your skin first, then apply the gel directly to your bodies.
Rinsing off is simple. Because Eros Nuru gel is water-based, you can wash it off very easily in the shower without leaving any greasy residue on your skin.
