Geisha balls are used to improve pelvic floor muscle tone by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, increasing sensation during penetration and making it easier to reach orgasm. They are also recommended for urinary leakage or pelvic floor rehabilitation before or after childbirth.
Start with the largest egg, as it’s easier to hold in place than the others. The smaller eggs are harder to hold and give your pelvic floor muscles more of a workout. After a few weeks, move on to a smaller egg if you can. It’s up to you to decide based on your progress. Once you can hold the smallest egg in place without difficulty, your pelvic floor is strong enough. Then maintain that strength twice a year.
Yoni eggs pose no risk to your health. The natural stone they’re made from means your body won’t come into contact with chemicals, silicone or plastic. What’s more, every egg is unique. Nature created the patterns in the stone, and each egg is polished by hand, so no two are exactly alike!
Which one should you choose?
Yoni eggs are available in jade or obsidian. Each stone has its own properties, so choose the one that suits you best:
- Jade (green): a stone for cleansing and protection. The crystal promotes serenity and balance. Jade resonates with the heart chakra and helps release negative emotions and ease tension in the pelvic floor. As jade, the yoni and the body are in balance, it’s a good gemstone to start with. Harmony, prosperity, happiness, decisiveness and protection while travelling.
- Obsidian (black): helps clear negative energy from yourself and your surroundings. Obsidian removes blockages, fears and self-limiting thoughts. Grounding, deep cleansing and detoxification; it brings clarity to the mind.
