For all those who wish to benefit from the advantages of pelvic floor training, Lelo has created the LeloBeads Plus: geisha balls made from ABS plastic and hypoallergenic silicone whose weights progressively increase, to suit everyone.

With 6 beads of 3 different weights and a silicone sleeve to combine 2 beads together: the LeloBeads Plus offer many combinations.

Toning your pelvic floor helps, among other things: amplify vaginal sensitivity, improve lubrication, improve the quality of orgasms… but also prevent urinary leaks and pelvic organ prolapse. In short, a strong pelvic floor is nothing but positive!

How does it work?

Geisha balls are inserted into the vagina. Their weight causes an automatic contraction of the perineum, which keeps the ball firmly in place. The heavier the ball, the more the perineum must contract to hold it, and the greater the effort.

Instructions for use: 

  1. Insert the lightest ball into the vagina, then wear it for 30 minutes, staying upright and moving
  2. If you can wear this ball without any discomfort, move on to the next ball… and so on until you need to make a slight effort to hold the ball
  3. Repeat 3 to 4 times per week for 3 weeks, then increase the difficulty by increasing the weight
  4. To progress even further, use the silicone sleeve provided to place 2 balls and increase the total weight
