Description

The pleasure workout

For all those who wish to benefit from the advantages of pelvic floor training, Lelo has created the LeloBeads Plus: geisha balls made from ABS plastic and hypoallergenic silicone whose weights progressively increase, to suit everyone.

With 6 beads of 3 different weights and a silicone sleeve to combine 2 beads together: the LeloBeads Plus offer many combinations.

Toning your pelvic floor helps, among other things: amplify vaginal sensitivity, improve lubrication, improve the quality of orgasms… but also prevent urinary leaks and pelvic organ prolapse. In short, a strong pelvic floor is nothing but positive!

How does it work?

Geisha balls are inserted into the vagina. Their weight causes an automatic contraction of the perineum, which keeps the ball firmly in place. The heavier the ball, the more the perineum must contract to hold it, and the greater the effort.

In the Lelo Beads Plus geisha balls, you will find 6 Kegel beads, each with a diameter of 35mm, whose weight varies between 28 and 60g. This offers 9 different combinations to gently increase the weight and progress at your own pace.

Instructions for use:

Insert the lightest ball into the vagina, then wear it for 30 minutes, staying upright and moving
If you can wear this ball without any discomfort, move on to the next ball… and so on until you need to make a slight effort to hold the ball
Repeat 3 to 4 times per week for 3 weeks, then increase the difficulty by increasing the weight
To progress even further, use the silicone sleeve provided to place 2 balls and increase the total weight

Advice

I choose a Lube

Do you want maximum comfort when using your sex toy? Choose a water-based lube that will preserve the silicone material of your toy. It will provide softness, effectiveness and respect for your skin and mucous membranes.

I want to clean my sex toy

To help your sex toy last, take good care of it! Sex toys cannot withstand antibacterial skin products or the alcohol in hand sanitiser gels. Use a cleaner specially designed for these products instead. Its gentle yet antibacterial formula will help you get the most out of your toy.'

Our in-store experts' opinion

Going from a single Kegel bead to 2 combined beads thanks to the silicone sleeve offers a huge advantage: not only do you increase the total weight (and therefore the toning of the perineum), but this change in insertable length also allows you to work both the deep perineum and the superficial perineum at the same time! Maximum efficiency.
