The Isis intimate dilators by Love & Care are an ideal medical device for stretching and relaxing the muscles of the vagina. The vagina, the vulva, and the perineum are sensitive areas that can sometimes contract involuntarily. This can prevent any penetration and cause pain.
They are made of 100% medical-grade silicone, a material suited to mucous membranes. The dilators have been designed with a shape adapted to female anatomy. Their shape facilitates insertion progressively, thanks to their different diameters and sizes. Their flexibility ensures ease of use.
How does it work?
If these dilators are used frequently and regularly, the muscles relax and the vaginal wall gradually regains its elasticity.
- Choosing the right vaginal dilator: this kit offers you 3 different diameters and sizes. It is advised to start using the dilator with the smallest diameter
- Cleaning the vaginal dilator: to avoid any infection, the dilator must be cleaned before each use
- Inserting the vaginal dilator: find a quiet spot and get into a comfortable position. Apply lube to the tip of the dilator and begin the insertion
There are 2 types of exercises:
- Back and forth: insert the dilator into the vagina and perform back-and-forth movements
- Circular movements: insert the dilator into the vagina and perform very slow circular movements
