The Elea box consists of 4 balls and two silicone sheaths, in order to wear them alone, or in pairs.
So that you can choose what best suits you with each use and throughout your bodybuilding work, you have 2 weights of 30g, and 2 weights of 40g. You will therefore start your exercises with a weight of 30g, then gently rise the level of difficulty to bring 2 weights of 40g, or 80g in total.
