The Beads Classic balls were designed for practising Kegel exercises, a workout for the perineum and vaginal muscles. Practising this exercise noticeably brings tone and pleasure to all women, particularly at certain moments in life (after childbirth, for example), and encourages you to play with these little muscles during intimacy, to the great delight of your partner.

The LELO Beads Classic balls can be used alone or in pairs (thanks to the silicone sleeve that holds 2 beads at a time). They come in different weights: choose your combination at each session depending on the desired intensity of the exercise. Over 12 weeks, 30 minutes per day, to be repeated regularly.

"Facile à nettoyer, et j'aime beaucoup le système de gestion des poids. Le tout prend vraiment très peu de place, c'est discret et facile à emmener. En tout cas, les boules de geisha ne me provoquent aucun inconfort, et je pense que je commence à voir un peu les effets en terme de musculation (la petite goutte d'urine impromptue quand je tousse fort/éternue arrive moins souvent), j'ai hâte de passer aux poids supérieurs. Je ne vois pas de différence pour l'instant pour le plaisir sexuel, mais ce n'était pas l'effet recherché de toute façon !"
