The Beads Classic balls were designed for practising Kegel exercises, a workout for the perineum and vaginal muscles. Practising this exercise noticeably brings tone and pleasure to all women, particularly at certain moments in life (after childbirth, for example), and encourages you to play with these little muscles during intimacy, to the great delight of your partner.
These pleasure balls are particularly long, so they work the muscles deeply. It is a bit like choosing to go to the best gym! And as a fun fact, in Sweden, this model is reimbursed by the national health service.
Multiple combinations
And for women who don't yet have children, using geisha balls also helps to improve the elasticity of the pelvic floor and therefore to potentially avoid an episiotomy. For this we offer our selection of kegel balls for women with different products to strengthen your perineum: progressive sets gold vibrating and connected balls to track your progress.
The LELO Beads Classic balls are to be used alone or in pairs (thanks to the silicone sleeve that holds 2 beads at a time). They are of different weights: you choose your combination at each use according to the desired intensity of the exercise. For 12 weeks, 30 min. per day, to be repeated regularly.
