Using the enema bulb is very simple
Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water. Then insert the tip into the anus and squeeze the bulb to allow the water to enter the rectum and cleanse it. Repeat as many times as necessary until the water runs clear.
Easy care for optimal hygiene:
To clean the bulb, simply unscrew the plastic tip, then boil the silicone part for 10 minutes in water. Once cleaned, dry the bulb thoroughly and store it in a dry place, away from UV rays, at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
