Today, we are going to talk about two topics that fascinate the majority of the population: sex (obviously) and food! I recently learned that 54% of the population preferred food over sex. So we can deduce that there are two types of people: those who prefer eating, and those who prefer having sex. Today, I propose to make everyone happy and combine business with pleasure. Here is my list of aphrodisiac foods, which in addition to being good for health, will provide you with vigor and sexual strength. Let's go!
1 - Ginseng
So yes, I agree with you, ginseng is not super tasty. It has a very earthy taste and not everyone likes it. But it is one of the only foods whose aphrodisiac effect has been scientifically proven. Ginseng is a small root and it is full of elements that allow good blood flow and thus, contribute to erectile function (of the penis or clitoris). It is therefore a great ally for maximum excitement!
2 - Cocoa
It's the star aphrodisiac ingredient of the moment. But be careful, I'm talking about pure cocoa, not your little milk chocolate with hazelnuts! Cocoa contains a precursor of serotonin - the pleasure hormone - and has a high magnesium content, which has a calming and anxiolytic effect. It's one of the foods with the highest citrulline content, an amino acid that would help erectile function. 4 - Onion juice
