What is squirting?
To begin with, it is important not to confuse vulvar ejaculation with squirting. Vulvar ejaculation is a thick, slightly whitish liquid that occurs in small quantities. In fact, it is quite similar to ejaculation produced by the testicles, but without sperm!
Squirting is an expulsion of fluids released by arousal and/or orgasm.
During arousal, the blood flow stimulates the Skene's glands (two small glands surrounding the urethra) which then start producing fluid. The bladder, on its side, also fills up very quickly! The squirt is therefore a watery liquid coming from the urethra, which is odorless and colorless. During a squirt, a quantity of liquid equivalent to ~300ml is expelled. No need to chase after performance by relying on porn, which is often faked.
And no, it's not urine, or if it is, it's very, very diluted urine!
How do you squirt?
The most difficult barrier to break is the psychological barrier.
Because it feels dirty, because we're afraid of peeing, and to squirt, you have to let go. Ah, letting go, so simple and so difficult at the same time! We assure you and repeat: the squirt is not urine.
It's mainly water, which certainly comes from the bladder, but hasn't had time to turn into urine. And if it reassures you, empty your bladder before your encounter and drink a large glass of water.
To start, it is therefore important to relax and to know your own body well. To be in tune with what you feel.
Then, no rush! The fluid is produced with arousal, let it build up by favoring foreplay.
With a little lubricant, stimulate the clitoris, and especially, especially, the G-spot! With your fingers or a sextoy, while applying pressure with your hand on the Mons pubis. During penetration, you should favor pressure on the bladder.
Certain positions can favor squirting (the reed, the star, the indra, the octopus...), in any case, favor those where the pelvis is relaxed and the legs are open.
Once in position, you will feel like urinating. At that moment, don't hold back! Remember, you emptied your bladder just before your encounter, so it's the squirt that's coming, not urine. Let yourself go and surrender to your pleasure, and if all conditions are met, you will then experience the joy of squirting!

Can everyone squirt?
Technically, all people with a vagina can squirt. But many will only succeed with a bit of practice. Strengthening the pelvic floor with Geisha balls can, for example, facilitate the exercise. However, just because you can squirt doesn't mean you will enjoy it.
Indeed, while some people love this practice, for others, the sensation can be strange and sometimes even unpleasant. We advise you to try it alone to form your own opinion on the matter. And for those who are worried about their partner's reaction, talk about it together. And guess what, the sight of a squirt can excite many people. It's ultimately just proof of the other's pleasure, and that, we love! 🙂
So, ready to squirt?
See you soon 💜
