If you are under 30 years old or if you have never given birth or have a narrow pelvis, you can opt for smaller smartballs about 30 mm in diameter. However, depending on your needs, you can start with a single ball of low weight and then slowly progress to a heavier weight.
If you do not have any perineal dysfunctions but wish to tone your pelvic floor, you can start muscle training with 1 or 2 balls weighing at least 50 g. You can also use those weighing 85 to 136 g to improve the quality of sexual intercourse.
The type
Once you have chosen the material, size, and weight of your future Geisha balls, you need to determine the type of balls you want to use: simple or vibrating.
- The simple geisha balls are the most suitable for all body types. They consist of one or two balls to be inserted into the vagina, connected to a cord for removal.
- The vibrating geisha balls are, as their name suggests, accessories that create intense vibrations, enhancing sensations. Once inserted into the vagina, they can be controlled using a remote control or your smartphone via an app.
