How do I use the probe?
To use the Perifit probe, you first need to download the Perifit app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play Store. The app offers 7 game programmes to retrain your pelvic floor in a fun way (20 games available). You have to move small animals with each contraction. There is also a community support forum.
The probe has an insertable length of 8.3 cm and a diameter of 3.1 cm. For easier insertion, it is recommended to use the natural water-based lube Love&Care. It is already charged and has a battery life of up to 5 years with 30 minutes of use per week. Perifit has been tested and approved by more than 300,000 women, and more than 1,000 healthcare professionals recommend Perifit.
