A very pleasant and relaxed welcome! I came with a friend whom I wanted to give a gift that would make her VERY HAPPY: a Womanizer Next Air 3D in sage green. Thank you to the Passage du Désir team for their expert advice.

Professional and exceptionally clean shop with a tidy, well-organised layout. The large windows make it feel bright and welcoming rather than shady. Excellent customer service from the female employee—very helpful and high-level. Highly recommended.

I discovered this shop right next to Saint-Lazare station. Lots of naughty items to choose from in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and offer great advice. The products sold are really great and of very good quality, in addition to the wide range of choice.

A lovely saleswoman with tattoos on her arms was incredibly kind and helpful to me today while I was looking around the shop. She pointed me to exactly what I was looking for and gave me advice about the lubes I was considering (e.g. some lubes are only suitable for oral use). I’ve genuinely never been helped in a sex shop before, so this was great! Thank you!!
