She knows her stuff perfectly and really takes the time to explain and advise, without ever pressuring you to buy. And that's so refreshing! We were greeted by a saleswoman with dark hair and piercings who was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She refused to apply my birthday offer to my loyalty account (odd for a store that has a loyalty programme, especially one that costs money), left the checkout area to go upstairs when we reached the register, refused to accept my loyalty account for my girlfriend's purchase because she claimed I couldn't access my birthday offer under those conditions and that I wouldn't have access to future offers if she accepted my loyalty account for my girlfriend's purchase, and refused to give me my birthday offer. In short, an unpleasant saleswoman, a very poor customer service representative with arguments that made no sense gold basis.
