First time we've been in this type of shop. The shops are extremely well organised. The sales assistant was very friendly and kind. She made us feel at ease and answered all our questions. Truly very professional. I signed up for the loyalty card so I can come back. Thank you for your welcome.

As a bride-to-be having my hen party in Rennes, the aim was to have fun in a joyful, good-natured atmosphere.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nHowever, when I entered the shop to complete little dares to win small goodies or something else, or even nothing at all — that's the game — I came across an unwelcoming sales assistant who corrected me about my request for dares, put me in my place and even judged me because of my age.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nI find this inappropriate and unacceptable.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nThis was supposed to be a pleasant and fun moment for the staff; I really think that on that day, this tall, blonde and cold sales assistant had forgotten all the eccentricity and cheekiness that should be part of her job.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nI will not return as a customer.

Very good experience. The ladies there were knowledgeable and helpful. We got all we needed. The design of the shop is functional while pretty. I expected a larger shop though. Don't think \"Ann Summers\". Also, the bright lights and the displays make everything quite \"clinical\". Without going all the way to the traditional sex shop, a tiny bit more \"erotism\" would be welcome.\nWe will be back.
