It was a wonderful discovery to find this boutique: Le Passage du Désir. I had already been in once before, but I felt very self-conscious and afraid of being judged. I bought some products this afternoon, and I'm delighted. The staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease, respectful, and confident. They gave excellent advice, which was a pleasure, as it was a no-judgmental and welcoming experience. The boutique is well-located, elegant, and offers high-quality products. I highly recommend this boutique. And I will definitely be back.

I've been a customer at Passage du Désir Orléans since it opened, and initially, the team was fantastic. The first sales assistants were welcoming, professional, and kind, perfectly embodying the brand's values ​​of inclusivity and friendliness. You felt comfortable as soon as you walked in. Unfortunately, for some time now, my experience has been quite different. On each of my last three visits, I've been greeted by the same sales assistant, and it's been a terrible experience. On my first visit, she was on a video call with a friend while eating a donut behind the register. She barely took the time to say hello gold offer any help. The second time, she came back from the stockroom with her pants completely unzipped: the fly was open, the button wasn't fastened, and the top of the pants was folded down. It was very surprising and, in my opinion, completely inappropriate when interacting with customers. Finally, during my last visit, she was curling her hair behind the till with a heated curling iron, during opening hours. Beyond these incidents, I never received any advice gold felt truly welcomed. This is regrettable, as it doesn't reflect at all the image I had of Passage du Désir. I appreciated this store for its professionalism, its attentiveness, and the warm atmosphere it had in its early days. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken into account, as it's a shame that such a beautiful boutique should see its customer experience deteriorate to this extent.

What a lovely shop! The staff are absolutely wonderful! I came in for a dildo, and they gave me great advice and even offered me the Purple Club card (amazing, by the way). It really felt like a safe place, which is very reassuring. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
