I would like to thank Juliette for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent advice. She was professional, attentive, and very pleasant throughout my visit. However, I was shocked to see a colleague (who appeared to be in charge) speak to her disrespectfully in front of the customers. I bought some handcuffs from the store's own brand. However, I was immediately disappointed because they unlock without needing the key provided. Without even using them, I returned to the store the following week wanting to exchange them for something more useful. However, the staff there told me that the handcuffs wouldn't be accepted for "hygiene" reasons, since they weren't in their original packaging. In conclusion: the store isn't just anti-sex shop, it's also anti-business.
