Excellent service. The sales assistant gave me great advice and guidance. The product I bought is admittedly quite expensive, but you don’t need much of it to be more than satisfied. I’ll definitely be back or order online 😁

A pleasant visit. Everything is designed to fit the "anti-sex shop" positioning and reassure sometimes hesitant customers: a discreet but attentive sales assistant, gentle marketing that counters preconceptions, and a product selection presented accordingly. Bear in mind that the range is fairly general and limited. Be sure to check product availability against what’s shown on the website. You can’t try on clothing either, as the shop has no fitting rooms. In short, a well-designed space for customers unfamiliar with this kind of shop!

I would like to thank Juliette for her warm welcome, kindness and excellent advice. She was professional, attentive and very pleasant throughout my visit. However, I was shocked to see a colleague (who appeared to be in charge) speak to her disrespectfully in front of customers. This kind of behaviour is regrettable and reflects poorly on management. Fortunately, Juliette remained professional despite the situation. Thank you to her for her dedication and her smile.
