I was quite disappointed by this store, especially since I wholeheartedly recommend the one in Grenoble, where the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed. It was difficult to browse the items in peace without being repeatedly approached by the salespeople, even after politely declining their advances. Furthermore, where I usually felt listened to, here I was simply directed towards the most expensive items. As a result, I ended up spending €140. The sex toy in question is simply disappointing and falls far short of the store's promises. I think I would have preferred to feel more heard regarding my needs. This is the first time I've chosen a competitor in a similar city.

I went to this shop hoping to get some advice. I met Sun, who was lovely and attentive. He answered all my questions and addressed my needs. He took the time to show me various products in detail. Thank you again to him for his warm welcome and friendliness. I thoroughly enjoyed this encounter and this shop. I highly recommend this experience.

My first experience in a sex shop, and not the last. I came for myself and my wife, and Sun (a new salesperson, as I understood) advised and helped me. I really didn’t feel any discomfort: he listened carefully to what I wanted, and in the end I left with great toys, everything needed to use them, and above all advice on how to use them, having removed the awkwardness around a subject that should not even exist.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nThanks also to the whole team, who are really lovely!!
