I decided to go into this shop with my friend. We were a little lost and initially a bit embarrassed, but Lio greeted us, immediately put us at ease and helped us with our purchases. Well done, Lio! I regularly visit Passage du Désir and I’ve never been disappointed. Océane always gives me excellent advice, taking the time to understand what I’m looking for, whether it’s gifts, wellness products, accessories for couples or simply a gentle way to discover new things. The service is always first-rate thanks to Aissatou, Lio and Bastien. They’re cheerful, genuine and very professional, which immediately puts you at ease. The products are high-quality, clearly explained and beautifully presented, and there’s a really wide selection without anything ever feeling vulgar. It’s a boutique where you feel comfortable, respected and well looked after. I highly recommend it.
