Incredible welcome and advice from Jade. She was so understanding and non-judgemental, which was truly wonderful. I was able to discuss some topics that were a little embarrassing or sensitive for me, and she received everything with such kindness, attentiveness, and humanity. It immediately put me at ease to share what I truly needed, and she responded with great insight. I sincerely appreciated our conversation. In addition to being very professional, she is also very friendly, and it's truly a pleasure to meet someone who loves their work and does it with heart. Thank you so much, Jade. This was my first time in this shop. At first, I felt a little anxious about discussing intimate matters with a stranger. But the person I spoke to was very attentive and non-judgemental; she was there to advise us. I’ll happily go back! Just take the plunge and go in with confidence! She gave great advice, and I wasn’t disappointed with what she recommended. In short, join Club Purple; you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience! During my visit, Jade (or Jeanne, sorry, I’m not sure...) gave me a very warm welcome. There was no pressure or awkwardness, which you can sometimes feel when entering this type of shop. Jade immediately put me at ease and gave me time to browse before offering advice. Her advice was excellent; she took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and asked me questions to guide me while paying close attention to my answers. I highly recommend this shop for your purchases ;)
