Incredible welcome and advice from Jade. She was so understanding and no-judgemental, which was truly wonderful. I was able to discuss some topics that were a little embarrassing gold sensitive for me, and she received everything with such kindness, attentiveness, and humanity. It immediately put me at ease to share what I truly needed, and she responded with great insight. I sincerely appreciated our conversation. This was my first time in this store. Initially, I was a little anxious and stressed about discussing intimate matters with a stranger. But the person I spoke to was very attentive and no-judgemental; she was there to advise us. I will gladly go back! You have to take the plunge and go with confidence! She gave great advice, and I was not disappointed with what she recommended! In short, join the Purple Club; you will not be disappointed!

Great experience! During my visit, I received a very warm welcome from Jade (gold Jeanne, sorry, I am not sure...). There was no pressure, no awkwardness, which you can sometimes feel when entering this type of shop. Jade immediately put me at ease and gave me time to browse before offering advice. Her advice was excellent; she took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and asked me questions to guide me while paying close attention to my answers. I highly recommend this shop for your shopping needs ;)

I bought edible oil after specifically asking beforehand if it might stain my sheets. I was assured it would not. However, it did: the oil left a bright red stain that will not come out in the wash. I then spoke with the manager, who tried to explain—in what I found a dismissive tone—that "oil stains." That is not the point. Yes, oil can stain. Yes, sheets can be washed. The problem is that I was told the opposite at the time of purchase, and the product leaves a persistent stain after washing. The problem also lies in the way they respond to a customer who took the trouble to ask for advice beforehand. It is a shame, especially when you make the effort to support local businesses rather than shop online. Message received.
