Passage du Désir was a pleasant and no-awkward shopping experience!\n\nI found the staff both helpful, and respectful of private space. Both people in the store approached me with kind smiles (I probably did look pretty clueless) but left me to my devices when I said I didn’t need help.\n\nThe selection of products is diverse (both designed for male and female customers, and going way beyond toys and handcuffs), and high quality. I was even offered a three-month guarantee for free.\nThis type of gesture really reinforces my confidence in the quality of what I buy.

I recently visited this shop and was very surprised at how my partner and I were treated. I made the mistake of opening a drawer while shopping (there was no sign saying I shouldn't do so nor was there a lock), I admit this was something I should have asked permission to do. I was reprimanded by two of the staff at the shop, I apologised and closed the door and thought that would be the end of it. However, the two staff members continued to berate me and lecture me on how I should behave in their shop. Like I said, I made a mistake and admitted it. But the behaviour of the two women at this shop made me so uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.\n\n\"Please don't open the drawers\", that's all you needed to say, but instead you took the situation down to such a level of negativity that you not only lost a customer, you damaged our first impression of this city after only having lived here for a couple of weeks.

Great store! Huge and great selection. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all the staff was super helpful and made every person who came through the door welcome.\nThey are very knowledgeable of their products as well.\nI love this store, it was very shinny and had lots of fun toys!!!! I felt like a kid in a candy store! ^^)\nA must go to for very great things!!\nI will return to this store for sure because this store Rocks!\n\nThanks to all the staff which is super nice:))
