What is CUP?

CUP, or menstrual cut is an ecological and reusable internal hygienic protection.

How does it work?

After washing your hands, fold the Cup lengthwise to be able to insert it more easily. Sit comfortably crouching or standing to be able to introduce it into your vagina like a stamp. Once in place, the CUP will deploy on its own to be able to harvest blood. Check with your finger that the cup is well in place. You can keep it up to 12 hours in a row (depends on the models; 4 to 6 hours recommended). Between two uses in the same day, pass it under hot water to rinse it. At the start and end of the cycle, put it in boiling water for about 10 minutes to completely disinfect it.
