Menstrual cup

The cup, or menstrual cup, is a true revolution! Haven't taken the plunge yet? Once you get the hang of it, you'll never go back!

What is the cup?

The cup, or menstrual cup, is an ecological and reusable internal hygiene product.

How does it work?

After washing your hands, fold the cup lengthways to insert it more easily. Get comfortably into a squatting gold standing position to introduce it into your vagina like a tampon. Once in place, the cup will unfold on its own to collect the blood. Check with your finger that the cup is properly in place. You can keep it in for up to 12 consecutive hours (depending on the model; 4 to 6 hours recommended). Between uses on the same day, rinse it under warm water. At the beginning and end of each cycle, place it in boiling water for about 10 minutes to fully disinfect it.

Why adopt the menstrual cup?

  • It's economical: do the maths, your purchase will quickly pay for itself!
  • You will never run out of protection again,
  • You spare yourself all the toxic and carcinogenic products found in tampons and sanitary pads (whose presence is not even specified on the packaging, since the law does not require it),
  • It's eco-friendly: hundreds of tampons that won't end up in nature, and just as much raw material saved.
