The Delta Geisha balls from Love and Care will allow you to strengthen your perineum with ease!

 

What is it for?

With a toned perineum, you will first feel more sensations during your intercourse, by increasing natural lubrication and improving vaginal sensitivity. Additionally, the Delta Geisha balls can be used post or prenatal to prevent organ prolapse or incontinence issues.

 

How does it work?

The larger and lighter the ball, the less your perineum contracts to "hold it," and the less it works. Conversely, smaller and heavier Kegel balls require more muscle work from the perineal muscles. The second ball helps to engage more muscles in the pelvic floor.

In practice

1. Start by inserting the ball alone into your vagina.

2. Wear it for 30 minutes standing. Continue your daily activities (excluding sport).

3. Repeat 3 or 4 times a week.

4. The following week you do the same with the medium double ball.
