This is the essential tool for anyone wishing to regain a toned pelvic floor. This set of 3 Kegel balls allows for the strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles. Each ball contains an internal weight that naturally stimulates the muscles of the pelvic region. The 3 balls have increasing weights to achieve the best results!

With this set of 3 Kegel balls, you will also find a user guide including different exercises designed with the help of midwives.

There are 3 balls with 3 different weights:

  • Light blue: 35 g
  • Medium blue: 65 g
  • Dark blue: 135 g

For real results, exercises should be done daily. You can move to the next weight (generally) after 10 days of daily exercise. As soon as you feel comfortable with the experienced weight, move on to the next one!

When, where, how?

Kegel balls can be used for:

  • postpartum recovery
  • intensive or frequent sport/exercise
  • menopause
  • reduced sensations during intercourse
  • hormonal contraception

They can also be used before pregnancy to tone the pelvic floor and help prevent possible discomfort after childbirth.
