THE ISIS intimate dilators of Love & Care are an ideal medical device to stretch and soften the vagina muscles. The vagina, the vulva or even the perineum, are sensitive areas and can sometimes control itself in an uncontrolled way. This can prevent any penetration and cause pain.

They are made up of 100 % medical silicone, a material adapted to the mucous membranes. The dilators were designed with a form adapted to female anatomy. Their shape facilitates their insertion and gradually thanks to their different diameters and sizes. Their flexibility guarantees ease of use.

How does it work?

If these dilators are used frequently and regularly, the muscles are relaxing and the vaginal wall regains its elasticity.

Choice of good vaginal dilator: this kit offers you 3 different diameters and sizes. It is advisable to start using the dilator with the smallest diameter
Clean the vaginal dilator: in order to avoid any infection, clean the dilator before each use
Insertion of the vaginal dilator: sit in a quiet place and in a comfortable position. Apply lubricant to the point of the dilator and start insertion

There are 2 types of exercises:

Back and forth : You must introduce the dilator into the vagina and perform back and forth movements
Circular movements : introduce the dilator into the vagina and carry out very slow circular movements
