What is squirting?

First of all, it is important not to confuse vulval ejaculation and squirting. Vulval ejaculation is a thick, slightly whitish liquid produced in small quantities. In fact, it is quite similar to the ejaculation produced by the testicles, but without the sperm!

Squirting is an expulsion of fluids released by arousal and/gold orgasm.
During arousal, the blood flow stimulates the Skene's glands (two small glands surrounding the urethra) which then start to produce fluid. The bladder, for its part, also fills up very quickly! Squirt is therefore a watery liquid coming from the urethra, which is odourless and colourless. During a squirt, you expel a quantity of liquid equivalent to ~300ml. There's no need to chase performance by following porn, which is very often faked.
And no, it is not urine, gold at most very, very diluted urine!

Squirting, how does it work?

The hardest barrier to break down is the psychological one.

Because we feel it's dirty, because we're afraid of peeing, and to squirt you have to let go. Ah, letting go — so simple and so difficult at the same time! We reassure you and repeat: squirt is not urine.

It is mainly water, which does come from the bladder, but has not had time to turn into urine. And if it can reassure you, empty your bladder before intercourse and drink a large glass of water.

To begin with, it is therefore important to relax and get to know your own body well. To be in tune with what you feel.

Next, don't rush! The fluid is produced with arousal, let it build up by encouraging foreplay.

With a little lube , stimulate the clitoris, and above all, above all, the G-spot! With fingers gold a sex toy, while applying pressure with the hand on the mons pubis. During penetration, favour pressure on the bladder.

Certain positions can encourage squirting (the reed, the star, the indra, the octopus…), in all cases, favour those where the pelvis is relaxed and the legs are open.

Once in position, you will feel like you need to urinate. At that moment, don't hold back! Remember, you emptied your bladder just before intercourse, so it's the squirt coming, not urine. Let yourself go and give in to your pleasure, and if all the conditions are met, you will then experience the joy of squirting!

Can everyone squirt?

Technically, all people with a vagina can squirt. But many will only manage it with a bit of practice. Strengthening the perineum with kegel balls can, for example, make it easier. However, just because you can squirt doesn't mean you'll enjoy it.

Indeed, while some people love this practice, for others the sensation can feel strange and sometimes even unpleasant. We advise you to try it alone first so you can form your own opinion on the matter. And for those who are worried about their partner's reaction, talk about it together. And you might be surprised to find that the sight of a squirt can excite many people. It is ultimately just proof of the other person's pleasure, and that, we love! 🙂

So, ready to squirt?

See you soon 💜
