Some of you prefer to leave in September to avoid the July and August crowds (do you also love to hate these expressions?). You're about to take off for extreme pleasure and want to bring something to get you going under the covers? Here are our tips for travelling by plane with sex toys:
The 3 Ps rule 🪶
Choose a small, practical and lightweight toy. Unless you're a sex toy fanatic, the idea isn't to sacrifice half your suitcase to it. If you want to optimise the space it takes up, there are plenty of small, lightweight toys. Here are a few examples to inspire you:
The vibrator: should we forget it? ⚡
For travelling, the ideal choice is a no-vibrating sex toy. You can opt for a glass sex toy or a silicone one, for example. If you absolutely want vibrations, take your sex toy in your hand luggage/cabin bag but NEVER in the hold. The lithium battery inside your beloved sex toy won't withstand the pressurisation of the hold.
A little tip: to prevent your vibrator from turning on in your bag, choose a battery-powered toy (which you can remove beforehand) or drain its battery before leaving.
Metal is not dead 🤘 But still, avoid it...
If you don't want to set off the X-ray machine, we recommend not taking toys or accessories containing metal or stainless steel. Were you planning to tie Emile to the bars of your hotel bed? Opt for a special bondage ribbon rather than bringing handcuffs!
Hygiene 🫧
To prevent security from touching your beloved toy with their grubby hands, or it being placed directly on the conveyor belt, protect your toy in a small see-through bag that you can put in a special naughty pouch.
It needs to glide! 🏄♂️
As you probably know, the almost essential ally for any fun time is a good lube! If you want to take it in your hand luggage, make sure you choose a size under 100 mL. For use with toys, water-based natural lube is the best! And guess what? It comes in 25 mL. So cute, right?
You're ready to flyyyyy! You have everything you need to travel by plane with sex toys or naughty accessories. All that's left is to wish you a safe journey. ENJOY ;)
