When we share an intimate moment with someone, we literally bare ourselves. To feel completely comfortable and free, we need to overcome blocks, especially insecurities. How can we forget these little details that matter so much to us? Here are our tips.


Focus on what we love about ourselves 🫶


Do you know positive thinking? By trying to focus all our attention on what we appreciate about our body, it will be easier to forget what we like less. The little extra: highlight these parts even more with plays of shadow and light, or with lingerie, for example.


Focus on sensations 👄


Breathing, caresses, smells... activate your 5 senses and live the moment mindfully. You can also play on deprivation, by blindfolding your partner, for example.


Choose your partner wisely 🤗


When we feel confident, it's much easier to fight against our blocks and let go. Choose carefully the person you decide to share your bed with, and don't forget to communicate as much as possible to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere, more conducive to letting go.


Obviously, these tips will not make your insecurities disappear. The idea is to learn to be gentler with yourself and to accept yourself as much as possible to feel free and fully enjoy these moments of sharing.
