Where is the G-spot?
It is commonly called the "G-spot" but it is actually a zone. It is located a few centimetres deep, inside the vagina. But it's not a small magic spot that you simply need to press. It is in fact a complex cluster of tissues. It encompasses both an area of the vaginal wall, as well as erectile tissue around the urethra and the junction of all the roots of the clitoris.
How to find the G-zone?
Insert your fingers inside the vagina on the anterior wall, towards the stomach. Then run along the vaginal wall. You'll notice that at first, the area is very smooth. Then, at around 5-6 cm depth, you reach a slightly ridged or rough area. After that, it becomes smooth again.
There you go, you've found your G-spot — that was the rough area! You might say, ok, we've found it but nothing much happened. That's normal, because in reality, the G-spot is easy to find but it's a little more complicated to awaken it...
How to stimulate the G-spot?
To effectively stimulate this zone, the first important thing is to be in a state of strong arousal. Simply because the G-spot is made up of erectile tissue that fills with blood and becomes more sensitive when aroused.
Second piece of advice: don't hesitate to press firmly. Indeed, the G-zone is all about thickness, so to stimulate all that tissue, the best approach is to apply pressure or firm strokes.
The ideal movement is one that goes upwards and forwards (a little like saying "come here" inside the vagina). This is what will most effectively stimulate the entire zone. So don't worry, it often doesn't work straight away. That's normal, it's not magic. The sensory receptors of the G-spot are not used to being stimulated and therefore tend to be dormant. Keep in mind that the more you stimulate the area, the more you will awaken your sensory receptors and the more sensitive your G-spot will become.
And yes, pleasure takes practice! The great thing is that there are products that can help you find and stimulate your G-spot.
First of all, there are locally applied creams, to be applied inside the vagina. How does it work? It promotes blood flow. The g-spot will therefore swell, become more sensitive, and it will be much easier to locate and stimulate.
The second thing that really does the job is sex toys .
And yes, because fingers sometimes get tired and the G-spot is a little temperamental — it sometimes needs a lot of stimulation.
When choosing a sex toy for the G-spot, whether vibrating or no, opt for a sex toy that is rigid and cannot be bent. The sex toy should also be curved, which will allow you, by inserting just the head of the toy, to perform rocking movements and thus stimulate your G-spot. Glass sex toys like the Dao are perfect for this!
